Catholicism - Getting baptized without RCIA?
My fiance and I are getting married in October. I am Catholic and he has never been baptized. He wants to covert, but RCIA cles don't start up again until the fall, with the baptism, communion and confirmation taking place near Easter. I understand that we can get a dispensation from the Bishop and still be married in the Catholic Church, but it bothers me that our marriage won't be considered a sacrament since he hasn't been baptized in any faith. Is it possible for him to be baptized without RCIA so that the Catholic Church will consider it a sacrament?
