Lately my head has been feelin funny/wierd?

hi im a 21 year old male and i have a panic/anxiety disorder and i have lately been having this weird sensation in my head that gives me a zapp felling that makes me jump and it gets my whole anxiety/panic up and then i can't sit still?i just want to know whats up with that? usually it happens during the time i watch TV/Computer and its just really disturbing. i want to know if anyone feels like this? To add, im not on any meds and i exercise a lot so those opinions are out of the question. i went to the doc and my heart was fine and also my lungs.they also did a neurology test and it was fine if that helps at all.can this be some sort of a disease? i just want to know if anyone feels this way?
