Its been going on (on off..but mainly on!) for the last 3 or 4 years now, but its getting worse these days. I've tried figuring out what types of food trigger it but it seems to be all foods.Its as bad when I eat a slice of chocolate cake as it is when I eat an apple. And theres no pattern to when it occurs, I really don't have a clue whats wrong! Any ideas? Or at least how can I make it a little less painfull?
