Should I call him??

I was on vacation in Florida last week. My girlfriend and I went out to a local restaurant/bar where there was live entertainment. I met a guy who I was attracted to. We seemed to hit it off and we exchanged phone numbers. I was leaving the next day to come home to Wisconsin, he told me to give him a call if I wanted to get together before I had to leave. I didn't, because the situation didn't lend itself. But I did text him and said "it was great meeting him, and wished I had more time in FL and maybe we'd meet again. He texted me back and said "likewise, and if I'm ever in FL again to call him or if I just wanted to talk to call him. He also said that he thought I was a nice person and hot. Should I call to just keep in touch, even though we live in two entirely different states??
