hey guys, im fighting in december and ive got a daily work out from my training my wieght ranges from 132-148 pounds or 60-65 kgs. does anybody who fights have a program form say weights or conditioning or stamina etc etc could someone show me there program please im doing 1 hour bag and ball work 15 mins strength 15 mins skipping 15 mins streching per night and an hour run in the morning or near (45 - 60 mins) then push ups and chin ups. is this right?? could somone show me there program please thanks
