It is about the verse "Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven." It's about unleashing the kingdom of heaven on earth and binding the powers of hell which rule this world. Yes, God is still performing miracles on earth every day. The problem is that most Christians don't believe it. If more did, we would see a greater outpouring of heaven on earth.
