Poem help for T.S. Eliot Poem?

If you know what similes, metaphors, and personification are you shouldn't have a problem finding them, they're pretty easy. A simile uses "like" or "as" to describe something, whereas a metaphor describes something by saying it "is" something else. Personification is giving something that is not alive humanlike (or live) qualities.
