Did the referees give the champion trophy to the Heat or did Dirk Nowitzki choke it in 2006?

The Refs definitely gave the Championship to the Heat, but Dirk did choke in 2006, big time in 2007, and again 2008. Dwyane Wade got so many calls, and everyone remembers Josh Howard time out problems. The Refs did help the Heat. Like the Kings in 2002, the refs help out the lakers in game 4 and 6, and the Kings choked in game 7. So both ways.
