Guys, how do you stand urinals?

Our gym coach told me and my friends to go into the boys locker room and tape some candy to the lockers with a cheesy message like, "Go longhorns!" (Our mascot) And while we were there, somebody giggled and said, look URINALS! And then we all started laughing cuz were kinda stupid like that, and so i wondered, how do you stand urinals? What if somebody peeks over? What if you catch someone peeking?
