I am falling in love with a fictional character from a T.V. show, and I don't know what to do?!?!?!?

Has anyone seen Lie to Me? Because I've fallen in love with Cal Lightman. He is all I can ever think about, and all I want to do is watch the show all day. I don't know why, but I tend to end up falling in love with older, British, intelligent, cynical, sarcastic, socially awkward (but awesome) fictional men in T.V. shows. It's happened to me before, but it's never been this bad. I have almost convinced myself I will not be happy without him, which is so dumb of me because 1) He's FICTIONAL, and 2) I have an AMAZING boyfriend, which just makes me feel even more guilty. What do I do? Someone please help me!!!!!
