I had previous child at 36 weeks and 5 days pregnant now this is the 3rd one and i'm 34 weeks and 2 days?

i have been haveing loose bowel movements for the last 2 weeks and haveing braxton hicks andsome of them are painfull not really really sore but enough to stop me from doing stuff, and i also been haveing alot of discharge for about the last 2 weeks also, and somtimes after i pee and wipe myself it's really thick and kinda yellowish, does anyone have any anwsers and what i should expect, and also all of my children are breech so i don't no if this one dropped but my stomach has been lower now for the last couple of days and the baby when it kicks it is very low down
