I received a credit debt summons from a lawyer/debt collector this past September.?
Before the 20 day deadline to respond, I filed a response at the local court and mailed certified copy to the lawyer. Now I received a letter of Motion to Strike Defendant's Affirmative Defenses with three points stating that my defense fails to comply with the specificity and particularity requirements, that my defenses are conclusory and do not set forth any valid affirmative defense and the my defenses simply deny the facts. What should I do now? Is there another answer to file in court or a response to lawyer?
