Men and saying Goodbye! What gives???

I am in college and about to move away to another state to go to a new school. I'm really confused about one of my guy friends. He and I met over a year ago through my best guy friend and we used to bicker and argue and pick at each other constantly. He always questioned whether or not if my best guy friend and I were secretly together, which was NEVER the case. But as time went on we became more of a trio, and hung out alot, partied, and whatever. Now, Im not exactly sure if I have feelings for this friend or not because it's like we are constantly pushing and pulling at each other. He flirts like crazy especially when he's drinkin and I respond sometimes, he calls, texts, and Ims me WAY more than our other friend knows about. So I don't think im crazy in thinkin we're close to some degree. Now that Im moving, he wont really talk to me and wouldn't come to my going away party, and won't just say goodbye to me. Yet I hear he's asking bout me alot. Im hurt,so how should i react??
