Tai-Chi and flabbyness?

okay, so like I'm relatively skinny, i know that, my wrists are twigs and my ankles can't even seem to support my weight (I'm always twisting them one way or another). But like i have what most people call "thunder thighs" 0.0 I know it's just my body type, but i can tell what's just soft muscle and what's flab. Also on my stomach and like waist. I have curves, i know that (like my waist) but like i have "love handles" too. basically its like a muffin top, but thats just how my body is. like i have those weird bulges anyways, no matter what i wear. Weeellll anywayysss, i have a back problem, and i heard that Tai-Chi would help with it. And i was wondering if it would also help loose the "flab"...???? I'm not all anorexic but you know, i still want to change a few things. Im like 5ft 3 and am about 122 lbs last time i checked. i know thats healthy-at least i hope it is- but i don't want to lose weight. like if it comes with the territory of getting rid of the flabbinessness then you know, im not complaining. but like- ah you get what i mean. im not insecure or nothin. welll thanks for actually reading this!
