What is the average monthly cost of natural gas for heating in Savannah, GA?

I am trying to gather an estimate of an avg flat rate to charge my tenants because this is covered in my HOA fees that total $350. There is a gas fireplace but no logs in it, however, we are still be charged a percentage of the HOA fee to cover unlimited usage.
