Am I going insane? Cant touch certain things, or deal with certain sounds. I dont think its OCD though.?

You don't think it's OCD.You don't think means it might be.It does sound like that could be it.It also could be autism.Some people suffer from autism more than others.Some people with autism could only be bothered by couple things.Every person is different.You definetly are not insane.A lot of people i know are bothered by sound of sharpening knives or nail files when you get nails done,i can't stand a fork touching teeth,and if you bite it and pull it out i may have to leave the table.So there are a lot of people that are bothered by different things that's what makes you YOU.If you think it's ruinig your life you should see a therapist he will be able to help you.Good luck and hope all is well.
