Am I the only one who thinks this isnt right from the Bible?

I find it funny how free thinking atheists tend to have less unhappiness then one that follows a religion blindly. 90 percent of alleged religious people were forced to believe at a young age when their brains were malleable. Now they see bible verses and instead of discrediting the verses as ludicrous, they try to reinterpret the verse to make sure it makes sense to them. Sad :(
