I'm only 21- heart attack?

You have to relax, your panic and anxiety disorder will only make things worse, you would really be surprised of the power of the mind, think positive and you will feel positive. Other than that relax eat healthy and try to exercise - but not to vigorously, just enough to get your blood moving. Everything will be okay, just relax and breath deeply through your nose and exhale through your mouth when having a panic attack. Control your body, don`t let it control you.
